Do you ship International? A. Yes all the time and some guys use a freight forwarder to get themselves set up with a USA delivery address to save money especially on Bike Box Shipments. Add your USA address as your credit card billing and shipping address for fastest order processing.
How does a complete bike get shipped to me? A. Its 75% assembled and all you will need is a few standard tools and a pump.
Do I get a Tracking Number? A. Yes, please check your Spam or Junk Email folders and allow sufficient time for order processing especially on international orders. The from email address is Stamps.com or UPS.com. Some smaller bike parts ship USPS 1st Class and have no tracking. Most bike parts ship USPS Priority with tracking emailed to you.
How do I use my Rewards Points. A. You have to login and have an account then you have an option to use points on any order after your first order. Points collected are 1% of your item total.
Where do I get shipping Rates? A. Within your shopping cart you can select your country or state to view your rates. For many products Shipping is FREE for the 48 States when your total is over $75.00.
Do you ship UPS or USPS? A. Yes both. Some smaller packages ship USPS Priority or 1st Class and larger boxes ship UPS.
How long will my cart contents stay in my Cart? A. If you login and have and account you can create a wish list and it will last until you change or delete it. If do not login, your cart should last 30 Days on all devices which is much longer than most other sites. This is accomplished by computer files called cookies.
Do you accept Paypal? Yes but we send you a invoice after checkout so we can verify stock before accepting a Paypl payment. Paypal now charges all customers a 4% fee on refunds no matter what the reason is.
